Profiles on Cimmeria wont update

I'm on the Cimmera server and I visit Kheshatta and the Tarantia Tradepost everyday, but the profiles wont update. Last week it was all good, but now...

We put in a patch that may fix this, please let us know if you are still unable to update. You will need to have either different gear, or different stats (pvp kills, deaths, etc) for an update to normally occur.

I have new gear and new stats a long time ago already, its been almost two weeks since it last updated, still nothing ... but I was able to register a new character from Tortage.

The character update in Tortage was fine, but it doesnt work in Khesh or Tarantia.....

Here I am again after half a year and still no updates for my chars lol!

Please fix it, if possible.

The console of the program says "no character logged in".
