XML API: Guildname should be put inside a CDATA tag

Hi,

I think you should put guildname inside a CDATA tag because a guildname can have '&' plus lots of other weird chars which might break xml parsing.

An example of such a guildname is "SODOM & GOMORRHA" on Asgard server.
